Refund Policy:

  • Re-file / Retransmit the errored filing, without any fee

Prices and Offering on the Service may change at any time and the Service does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of price reduction or promotional offering.

  • If Service is not fulfilled as per the agreement or IRS does not accept your submissions, your sole remedy is refund
  • If technical problems prevent or unreasonable delay in delivery of the Schedule 1, your exclusive and remedy is refund of the service fee paid
